Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any items from your order, you are welcome to return them to us for a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases made with us. ALL orders must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned beyond this time will not be refunded or exchanged and must be returned to you at your cost (unless agreed otherwise).

Returned items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear, with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals. We do not accept items that have been washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). For purposes of hygiene we do not accept returned underwear and earrings . In the event that non-qualifying items are returned to us, they will be held by us until payment has been made to have them returned to you.

Returning For An Exchange

Please contact us before returning items for exchange to ensure that your required size is in stock. We can then hold your required items for you while we await your returned items. We will not charge postage on 1st exchange (per order), unless the exchange items are considerably heavy or large, in which case a shipping fee may apply. We will notify you in advance if this is the case. Exchanges are sent back by standard delivery only, Express Shipping can be arranged at extra charge.

Returning For A Refund

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card, debit card or Paypal account for the amount paid less any postage costs. Please allow up to 2 working days from delivery of the returned goods for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refunds to credit cards take a further 2-3 working days to show on your bank statement. Paypal refunds are usually instant and you will also receive a confirmation email from Paypal.

How to return your item(s) to us

Step 1:   Make a photocopy of the Invoice that came in your parcel (or you may use the original).

Step 2:   Mark (circle) all items which you are returning, write any exchanges next to each item.

Step 3:   Pack the items securely along with the copy invoice.

Step 4:   Post your parcel via a recorded/tracked service to the following address:

You are responsible for the safe return of your item to us and any shipping costs incurred for returning items to us. We advise using a recorded delivery service (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery from the UK), we will not accept responsibility of any losses or delays in delivery. Shipping costs will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Milan Services Ltd will not take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid.

 

YOU MUST include a copy of your Invoice marking the items you are returning and if you would like a refund or exchange. If you cannot get a photocopy you may alternatively attach your own note including the following information:

 

  • Order number (this will be at the top of the receipt in your parcel, and is similar to #150
  • The date of your order (also at the top of the receipt in your parcel)
  • Your full name as on your order
  • Your contact number or your email address

 

Refunds will be given on on-line purchases only.  Items purchased in store will only be exchanged or a Credit Voucher given.
